Packing Team Leader

Following an internal promotion we are now looking to backfill the Packing Team Leader role. The team is made up of permanent and temporary staff, 15 permanent employees (Packing Technicians and Line Leads) and circa 5 temporary staff the temporary personnel numbers does scale up and down depending on business needs.

We do operate a shift pattern including days and nights which attracts an 18% shift allowance.

You will the Packing team in the day to day running of the packing operation at Ipsen Wrexham. This involves planning and effectively using the available resources of people and facilities to ensure that packaging schedules are met in an efficient and cGMP compliant manner.

Experience:

• Experience of managing large automated systems to cGMP standards (Ideal)
• Experience of working in an FDA regulated environment, and experience of external audits. (Essential)
• At least three years supervisory experience. (Ideal)
• Experience of packing lyophilised and liquid products to CGMP standards. (Essential)
• Understanding of validation and engineering activities. (Essential)
