We currently are looking to hire an ECO Contract Delivery Manager with experience the current and/or past Energy Company Obligation schemesto work alongside the Energy Services Director and to oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the team which make up the managing agent services department here at InstaGroup.

As an ECO Contract Delivery Manager for the managing agent services department, your key responsibilities will include:

· Energy Company Obligation schemes. Current or previous experience, with ideal experience in already having worked for another managing agent or energy supplier.

· Energy Supplier relationship management. You will be a confident individual in and comfortable in establishing a close and trusted relationships with all our customers through regular contact and strong customer service.

· ECO compliance requirements. Demonstrating understanding and confident with all implementations of these requirements

· Sub–contractor management

· Department reporting. Be responsible for regular daily reporting, updating the senior team and board on business progress producing information that is clear, accurate and consistent. As well, providing weekly and monthly forecasting.

· Data collationfor financial reporting, working closely with our Finance department.

· Support – Support the Energy Services Director in the day to day running of the department

Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year
