Are you a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker, seeking a 1:1 role, providing quality care within a patient own home?

Innovate Care Group provides support to adults and children with complex care needs within their own homes. We enable our clients to remain comfortable within their home environments, whilst being cared for by professional and highly trained Healthcare Workers and Registered Nurses. We pride ourselves on delivering care that truly meets the needs of the individual we support and provide a first-class service to the teams who support them.

Innovate Care are looking for Mental Health Support Workers to support a young woman with severe learning disabilities and no verbal language who participates in lots of amazing activities including yoga, swimming, music therapy, making music with a top London orchestra, walking, running, attending classical concerts in London, working at two farming projects and eating gorgeous food. She lives in a bespoke annex on the family farm - all of this makes the job varied and inspiring.

This is a really challenging but inspiring role, a journey that is deeply rewarding and great fun for the right candidate. You will need stamina and resilience both mental and physical, zest for life, a sense of humour and the capacity to be fully present to the moment all the time you are on duty.

No previous experience is necessary - we will train you.

Driving licence and access to your own vehicle required for this role
