We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager (Derby/Hybrid).

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry relationships are at the heart of our business and we are therefore looking for an exceptional, adaptable professional to join us

As a Supply Chain Manager of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring your people deliver outstanding results and service whilst ensuring the team continue to learn, develop, and grow in their roles. A key part of the role is for you to manage the relationships of our suppliers, working with them to provide first-class service ensuring the needs of our customers are understood and managed within our organisation.

You will be the person dealing with any escalations, issues or concerns and making sure communication is first class.

About You

You will be exceptional at relationship management, and managing supplier expectations will be at the heart of everything you do. You will be able to bring with you a fantastic track record of delivering great service and of managing a team of people to do so. A strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems is a must for this role.

We are interested in people from all backgrounds and experiences of working in a Supply Chain management position where excellence is at the heart of what you do. We are especially interested in hearing from those candidates who have worked in the Aerospace, Manufacturing or Production sectors.

Travel is expected so you must be able to drive and commit to visiting the supply chain that you will be aligned to and may involve overseas travel.

· Starting salary between £50,000 to £55,000 dependenton experience
