Job Description:

Can you find the needle in a haystack? We are looking for a Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team that provides expert services to our growing client base.

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to find us the best and brightest talents within several domains including the Digital IT & innovation space. You will assist our teams throughout the UK & Europe with the right strategy and approach to attracting talent. You will be part of an engaged and ambitious HR team that recruits globally and contributes to the development and growth of the Talent Acquisition functions & client base for the company.

You will be taking responsibility for all recruitment related activities for our clients. You will handle technical and non-technical recruitment and HR management activities for an organisation.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Recruitment experience preferably within the digital IT & innovation space.
  • Head Hunting experience.
  • Experience of partnering with clients teams to understand the requirements & advise and make recommendations on appropriate recruiting strategies
  • Knowledge of the skills and experience required for different roles in the IT related industry.
  • Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise a high volume of requisitions while managing multiple projects across diverse position types and/or client groups
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems, like a CRM systems
  • Good experience with using various requirement platforms indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • You will need to have good interpersonal skills for this role. Must be strong in HR Coordination (includes coordination with candidates, with own team members, and head HR).
  • Avid internet user with strong computer skills like Microsoft office tools(MS Teams, Excel, etc), Google Gmail Drive & it’s various tools(Google sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms), and other tools required for day-to-day operations & activities.
  • Experience with creating a job description for any role with help of the technical or non-technical team members.
  • Strong negotiation skills and client/candidate handling skills.
  • A self- motivated learner who can adapt quickly to change.

Responsibilities:

  • Find, contact, short-list and interview candidates.
  • Head hunting candidates and consistently evaluating current and new sourcing opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the clients team Leads & management team to determine clients recruiting needs and advising on appropriate recruiting strategies
  • Build networks and relationships with candidates to find qualified active and passive candidates.
  • Screening and selecting candidates for a wide range of positions from entry level to senior specialist.
  • Negotiating and coordinating job offers - working with the hiring manager and HR Partners as appropriate
  • Onboarding candidates & ensure all pre-employment screening is completed
  • Updating and maintaining the applicant tracking and client relationship management systems. like CRM systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
