We are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Clerk to come and join our team at our Ibstock PLC site in Ibstock, Leicestershire, LE67 6HS

Job Description:

• To assist in controlling a section of the Sales Ledger
• Chasing overdue accounts via telephone, fax and e-mail.
• Resolving queries
• Obtaining Proof of Deliveries
• Providing a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
• Allocation of Customer BACS and cheque payments
• Working to specific business targets and deadlines

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Good telephone manner
• High standard of numeracy and accuracy
• Previous experience of JDE Edwards
• Ability to prioritise workload so that deadlines are met.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a Credit Control environment would be preferable, though suitable training will be provided to the right applicant.
