Join our iBC Healthcare family as a support worker! We are a leading Health & Social care provider in the Midlands, offering quality support to hundreds of individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism, and mental health needs. Our purpose is to help people with disabilities live meaningful lives by providing access to mainstream activities and opportunities across our various services.
- Contract: Full-Time roles days and nights.
- Hours/Shifts: 07:00 am – 14:00pm, 14:00 pm –21:00 pm or long shifts - Day 7:00 am -21:00 pm & Night 21:00 pm - 7:00 am
- Pay: £11 per hour
- Location: Nottingham
Duties Include
- Basic day-to-day duties including medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
- Providing emotional and practical support to the service user/s.
- Helping them to access community facilities and be included in community groups.
- Understanding the services user/s communication needs and adapting your communication to meet their needs.
- Empowering the service user/s learn new skills or pursue hobbies and interests.
