Job Title: Front of House Team Member

Salary: Up to £10.42 ph + Tips + Benefits.

Your Role - Hydes Front of House Team (You must be over 18 to apply for this role due to age limits and service of alcohol)

As a part time Front of House team member, our customers are in your hands. You will be the face of the site and become knowledgeable about all the dishes on our menu in our restaurant area and be able to recommend accompanying drinks from the bar. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone’s day.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the happiness of our customers, and responsibilities will include;

• 
  Increasing sales through friendly service and conversation, and recommending dishes, and accompanying beverages.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of tables and seating areas meet our high standards for every customer you greet.
• Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of customer service, ensuring each and every customer receives the best service possible in both the bar and restaurant areas.
• Attention to detail to ensure you serve the customer with the correct order every time and pay particular attention to allergens.
• Undertaking continual training to develop your skills and knowledge.
