Morning Care Assistant - Full Training Provided

Home Instead are a home-care service supporting our community to live well at home, covering areas around Swindon & Vale of White Horse.

We are rated OUTSTANDING by CQC and have been caring around the local area for 10 years.

Are you an early riser?

Whether you are new to care or have years of experience, we have opportunities for you to support our wonderful clients, starting in the mornings. This role is perfect for an early bird!

As a Care Assistant, you may: help around the house, assist with shopping trips, support with medication, prepare fresh meals, help with personal care, give companionship and more.

We can offer part-time or full-time roles to suit you and your lifestyle.

Never worked in care before?

Never fear! We offer a fully-funded training programme to start and we also assign you a mentor when you join us, so you feel ready to start your care journey.

What can we offer you?

• £12.25 per hour weekdays & £13.25 per hour weekends
• Bank Holiday pay rate of £24.50 per hour
• Paid travel time at £10 per hour
• Paid mileage @ 35p a mile

What do we need from you?

• A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
