Care Assistant - Community Care (Full Time & Part Time Available)

Your new role

• You will assist our clients in all aspects of their daily life, such as personal care, domestic tasks, supporting with medication and companionship.
• You will spend 1 hour or longer with every client, giving you plenty of time to support them with daily tasks and enjoy a wee cuppa!

• £12 per hour + Mileage contribution (35p per mile)
• Travel time given between visits to allow you to get to your next client without rushing

The Job:

• Your role will include Travel throughout the North Lanarkshire areas- Drivers Licence and Car is ESSENTIAL
• We deliver Person Centred Care to our clients – you may be helping with domestic tasks, personal care and being responsible for leaving the client SMILING
• Spend 1 hour or longer with every client, see the same clients at the same times every week!
• Progression opportunities - Most of our Senior team were also once Care Professionals!
• Using our app daily which you use to check your shifts, sign into your visits and update on your client’s wellbeing when completed visits.

New hours of work:

Full-time - working 30+ hours over 5 days (day off included in line with scheduling requirements)

• Option 1: Sunday to Thursday
• Option 2: Tuesday to Saturday

Part-time - 8am to 2.30pm or 4:30pm to 9.30pm

• Option 1: Sunday to Wednesday
• Option 2: Wednesday to Saturday
