We support Further Education and SME clients in designing, building, financing, and operating Low Carbon Transition Projects. With a strong commitment to sustainability and the highest standards of sector governance, we provide innovative renewable energy solutions and sustainable project development. As an Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimum energy efficiency for our clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting building energy analysis, feasibility studies, and system design processes. You will collaborate with the commercial team and external supply chain to deliver high-quality installations and communicate engineered solutions effectively. Evaluating existing infrastructure and designing electrical systems for renewable energy projects will be essential.


What we need you to bring to the team:

  • Suitable engineering experience, preferably in electrical engineering and renewable technologies.
  • Proficiency in energy modelling and building-level electrical engineering.
  • Strong customer focus with a balance between empathy and company objectives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achievement.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in management information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable with engineering software tools such as CAD and PVSOL.
