We require self employed contractors to provide an excellent service at the (negotiable) times and dates set by our customers.

As a self employed contractor, you choose your working hours and you choose your hourly pay.

We require self employed contractors who are reliable and ALWAYS turn up where and when they say they will. No excuses or exceptions.

Once on the job you must be thorough and provide work to a very high standard with a high level of attention to detail.

Holiday let changeovers are often time critical so jobs must be started and completed in time. Often with only a 4 hour window between guests.
