Front end developer (React)

HGEM is the leader in its field, working with many well-known hospitality businesses for 20 years to help them measure and improve their operation through customer data. Our headline platform, The Hub, was awarded Restaurant & Bar Tech Product of the Year. We have a mobile app which is used by thousands of mystery guests every week. And we have an exciting range of green field projects in our administration platform. All these systems are based on React and/or React Native.

We are looking for an experienced React engineer to take a leading role in the development of our new platform, which is already under way.

Our developers work in an agile environment and are empowered to be creative. Great support is provided in terms of business analysis, testing and infrastructure, and you'll get to know the business-facing teams who support our users. Our office is based in the centre of Bath and we need applicants to be within a commutable distance, but we support hybrid and remote working.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
React (or equivalent such as Vue, Angular)
Visual Studio Code
TypeScript or JavaScript
Testing frameworks
Source control (Git)

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Azure DevOps or AWS
React Native

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £42,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
