Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Responding to customer enquiries: You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat messages. You will need to provide accurate and timely responses to customer enquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to senior staff as required.
2. Data Entry and Record Keeping: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and business operations. This will require excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with computer systems.
3. Sales Support: You will assist with sales activities, such as creating quotes, processing orders, and invoicing customers. You will need to work closely with the sales team to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
4. Administrative Tasks: You will perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. You may also be required to carry out other duties as assigned by the senior staff.
5. Technical Support: You will support in the areas of machine selection, costing, and quotation, working closely with our technical and business team to identify and evaluate different machines for our operations, analyse their costs and benefits, and provide detailed quotations to our clients.
6. Accompany Customer Visits: You will accompany our sales team on customer visits, working closely with our sales representatives to prepare for customer meetings, providing support during the visit, and following up with clients afterwards.
7. Marketing Support: You will be responsible for assisting with various marketing requirements, including creating marketing materials and supporting social media initiatives. This may involve brainstorming ideas for social media posts, drafting copy and graphics, and scheduling content for different platforms.
