As well as supporting with the daily routines of the people we support, you will be involved in creating exciting activities to develop independence skills but also making sure we all have fun! Whether you are an accomplished cook, have a passion for sport or have a flair for arts and crafts, you will be able to use these skills to make a difference to the lives of the people at Village Green.

There's not many jobs out there where staff experience outdoor cinema nights and summer BBQs at work, as well as days out to Theme Parks, the seaside and even ziplining! We will support you with progression and qualification opportunities throughout your career, paid for by the Hesley Group.
