Store Manager

Position: Store Manager – Leicester area.

Salary: up to circa £35,000 (inclusive of £5k weighting allowance) plus bonus opportunity.

As a Heron Foods Store Manager, you will be responsible for demonstrating your strong leadership skills by inspiring your team to deliver excellent store standards. Supported by your Area Manager, you will nurture your best talent and execute robust succession plans to develop future stars to strengthen your team. You will inspire your teams to deliver successful sales performance to ensure Team Heron’s continued growth and development as a trusted community-based discount retailer.

Further to this, you will also have the potential to further your own career with us as we offer unrivalled opportunities for progression; whether this is to develop into an Area Management role or another field management position. Your only limit is your ambition!

Essential skills or experience:

• Experience within a similar retail role at Store Management level.
• A record in the achievement of the development of teams and accomplishment of results.
• A genuine passion for retail, customer and product.
