Working hours: 42h/week (4-on-4-off work pattern)

What will you do:

As a Fire Warden you will maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire site, carry out basic maintenance work within the site(s) and report any health and safety issues or/and compliance concerns.

• Undertake varied reactive and remedial maintenance tasks in a timely manner
• Oversee planned maintenance duties set out by the building manager
• Key holding duties for colleagues and students
• Undertaking varied reactive and remedial maintenance tasks in a timely manner

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in a Nights position
• Experience of providing excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt accordingly to the situation
