Job Description:

Are you a natural people person with a passion for healthcare and making connections? If so, Health Recruit Network (HRN) wants you to join our team as a Trainee Healthcare Recruiter.

As an NHS Framework agency, we are growing faster than the number of patients waiting for their appointments. With two new offices recently opened and plans for future expansion, we need your help to keep up with the pace.

In this role, you'll be responsible for matching healthcare professionals with their dream jobs. You'll use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring that you find the perfect match for everyone.

Don't worry if you have no previous experience or qualifications, as we provide a comprehensive 12-week training plan to all new recruits. We're looking for individuals who are motivated, ambitious, and have a great sense of humour to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect healthcare professionals with their dream jobs by matching their skills and experience with available opportunities.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to ensure success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivated, ambitious, and a great sense of humour.
