Hill View Care Home LTD in Aberbargoed is recruiting in the Caerphilly area with immediate starts available for both Day and Night Carers. We offer a FREE DBS reimbursed on your first months pay and Free Uniform, on site parking, subsidised meals, company events and company pension. Full paid training will given.

Hill View Care Home LTD is an established company specialising in Dementia Care.

Responsibilities:

As a Care Assistant, you will be required to provide personal care and practical and emotional support to clients whilst helping them maintain their independence.

For many of our service users, our Carers are their main contact with the outside world and you really are valued for the work you do! Become a Key worker and make difference!

Your main daily duties will include:

• Supporting all aspects of personal hygiene
• Supporting with all aspects of medication
• Supporting meal times
• Admin duties: updating food, fluid and stool charts, supplementary files, daily notes and care plans
• Providing a listening ear and emotional support

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for care heroes! You don’t need previous care experience but you will, by nature, want to help others. You’ll need to be willing to carry out personal hygiene tasks, always treating clients with the respect and dignity they deserve. You must be eligible to work in the UK.

Job Types: Full-time, part time, Permanent 6am until 6pm

COVID-19 considerations:
All Staff are LFT Tested twice weekly. Full PPE is given to all staff and visitors.

£1498 SOCIAL CARE BONUS PAYMENT FOR ALL ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES.
