Salary Range: £23,703 - £26,401 per annum
Work Location: Trafalgar House North, Winchester (Currently - Hybrid working with a mixture of home working/Office)
Hours per week: 37
Contract Type: Permanent - Flexible working requests can be considered

The Role:
In our Highways Operation Centre (HOC), we are striving to deliver a service that is efficient and cost effective, whilst meeting the needs of Hampshire’s residents and our partners. We are always seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and looking to add value to the overall picture.

An exciting opportunity has become available in our Customer Engagement Team within the HOC for a Customer Relationship Support Assistant to process complaints and a diverse range of enquiries as well as promoting our services on social media. The customer is at the heart of everything we do, so providing high quality responses and being a confident communicator is essential.
