Enjoy the big reveal, every meal.
From counting stock to supporting food service, you’ll help us create and serve meals that are every bit as fresh, eye-opening and enticing as those served by the best hotels and restaurants. This is a chance to get great kitchen experience while enjoying the kind of benefits few commercial restaurants are able to provide.
But more than that – you’ll get the satisfaction that comes with helping people when they really need it. Perhaps you’ll deliver the food, service and experience that can really help people on the road to recovery. Or provide much-needed fuel for our colleagues as they deliver exceptional care. Or offer a comforting meal to visitors when they’re at their most vulnerable. Whatever you do, your work will have a big impact.
Who we’re looking for
While you don’t need any specific experience to join us, you’ll need to be hard-working and friendly. As well as this, you’ll be:
- organised, punctual and efficient

What you’ll get in return
In return, you can expect real career progression. We invest in our people, celebrate individuality, and reward and recognise employees who go ‘beyond the plate’. - medical insurance, including critical illness cover, dental insurance and life assurance
- contributory pension
- subsidised Gymflex membership
- GP health assessment, plus private face to face and digital GP services
