This post is an exciting opportunity to join the Darlington 0-19 Team as an Emotional Health & Resilience Nurse, supporting children and young people with mental health & emotional wellbeing difficulties
The Emotional Health and Resilience team are integrated within the Darlington Growing Healthy 0-19 Service providing advice, consultation, and support for to children and families to enable them to address,the mental health and emotional needs of children and young people.
If you are an enthusiastic team player who has experience and understanding of working with children and young people who are struggling with emotional health difficulties and you are passionate to make a difference for the children, young people and families in Darlington then we would love to hear from you.
