Store Manager

We’re currently looking for a Store Manager to join our welcoming and close-knit H beauty family at H beauty Gateshead. Whether you’re looking for your first break into retail, or have experience which you want to build upon, we have a space for you.

About The Role

Through strong leadership and commercial acumen, you will be accountable for ensuring that the highest standards are attained throughout the operation; with effective management of both internal and external stakeholders, customer relationship management and team development whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand. With your energy and experience as a senior retail manager, you will thrive in this new role; it’s important you can make a quick impact. Being a masterful communicator, you will establish fast and strong relationships with other functions across the business.

You will be accountable for owning and driving store performance to exceed business expectations. Developing and implementing clear sales and service strategy for the store is key to ensure alignment with the Retail and Buying strategy.
