Sales Associate - Men's Formal Suiting

Our Menswear Formal Suiting department is undergoing an extraordinary transformation, establishing ourselves as the leading destination for the top designers in this field, selling the most sought after brands from around the globe. About the Role

Our Sales Associates will be working with a multitude of luxury brands, whilst demonstrating our core values and striving to make anything possible for our customers. We have space for you to express, immerse and indulge yourself in the world’s leading luxury brands.

You will be responsible for providing customers with exceptional customer service within our Formal Suiting department. This includes greeting customers, offering assistance in selecting the perfect products for their needs, and maintaining the stores visual standards. Additionally, you will be a trusted contact for some of our most high net-worth and esteemed clients, providing a made-to-measure tailoring service with the most meticulous attention to detail.

About You

You may, or may not have experience within a made-to-measure environment, we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed, but you are passionate about people, Harrods, and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight.

You’ll also:
