Specialist Probate Estate Agency - Operating Nationwide is seeking Freelance Estate Agents / Viewing Agents to join our growing team.

Residential Property Sales (dealing with sellers and buyers)

Flexible remote working (freelance position working nationwide aswell as a local patch of your choosing) - Current business model does not require our estate agents to attend each property in person.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Arrange / Oversee property viewings (remotely where possible)
• Advertise and promote property listings
• Source and engage with prospective clients
• Negotiate offers, agree sales and progress clients though to exchange and completion.
• Fulfill Sales Progression

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £20,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
