We are looking for a Manager to lead our Team in Verwood

So we are looking for an individual who can help us achieve this, the role will involve working with each individual shop help to ensure quality and service and "thinking on you feet" in making decisions for the well being of the store. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but a catering back ground will be of an advantage.

What we are looking for:

Ability to display leadership skills and coordinate a team. Being able to deal with customers and to help provide excellent quality food and service. Good with numeracy, flexible, hard working and always leading by example.

The Job Involves:

Cooking

Running a team

Dealing with customers.

Book work

Day to day running of the branch

Ensuring that the service and food is to high company standards.

Help train new employees.

Ensuring the cleanliness of the shop is always at a high standard .

Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
