We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Executive at our 5 Star Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa and 4 Red Star L’Horizon Beach Hotel and Spa.

About the role:

• As Sales and Marketing Executive your role will involve assisting with internal and external marketing communications for the Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa and L’Horizon Beach Hotel and Spa supporting the Marketing Manager.
• You will also be responsible for supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing with pro-active and re-active sales activity to develop business from existing a prospective clients and provides additional administration support.
• The role will also involve pro-actively review content of both hotels’ web pages on Hand Picked Hotels branded site, liaison with the central marketing function to ensure that content remains up to date on a timely basis at all times.
• Undertake social media posts under the direction of Marketing Manager and in line with the hotel’s social media strategy and plan as per Hand Picked Hotels social media guidelines and report regularly on social media engagement results.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with the design of artwork, print and production for printed and collateral items, including brochures, flyers, menus and other branded items.

About you:

• To be successful in this role of Sales and Marketing Executive, you must have current experience of working in a similar role or a Degree in Sales and Marketing.
• It is essential you have competent copy writing skills.
• Have experience with Adobe suite and can demonstrate a creative flair.
• Are confident with managing social media content and creation.
• It is essential you are also confident with the sales as this role will also involve proactive sales and dealing with our corporate clients and key accounts.
• An interest or experience in photography is desirable.
• Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
