Hotel Duty Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Hampton by Hilton team at our Toft Green hotel. As a Duty Manager, you will effectively manage the general day to day running of the hotel and ensure its services are operating to an optimum level. You will spend time gaining an overview of every department of the hotel, in order to gain a sound knowledge of each department, analyzing their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and strive to meet high standards of service in accordance with Hampton brand standards. Flexibility is key as this role will consist of a mix of late and early shifts. Experience in a managerial role will be beneficial.

Must be 18 years or over in order to be able to serve alcohol.

Full in house training will be provided to the successful candidate.
