The Job
We are looking for a Receptionist & TCO to join our team. Your main role will be to discuss all aspects of treatment options and plans with new, existing and potential patients. You will also be responsible for lead chasing and booking new appointments, including diary management.

The Ideal Candidate
A team player with excellent communication skills. Knowledge and experience of dentistry is a must. If you're not already trained as a treatment co-ordinator, only those applicants with previous expeience of working in dental teams will be considered (e.g. dental nurses and receptionist). Excellent written and spoken English is a must. You will be target-driven and thrive on meeting and exceeding these targets.

The Practice

We are a fully private, award-winning practice. We are an Apex Invisalign provider and do a high volume of Invisalign cases, in addition to dental implants, advanced cosmetic and restorative dentistry, including teeth whitening, composite bonding and porcelain veneers/crowns.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00-£18.00 per hour
