Temporary IT Service Delivery Co-ordinator

We are actively recruiting for an IT Service Delivery Co-ordinator to join our IT team, on a full-time, temporary basis for a 6-month period initially, based in our Head Office in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

What you Will Do

As the IT Service Delivery Co-ordinator, you will work as part of a small IT department. Some of your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Receiving and reviewing each incoming support ticket, attaching a priority to it to put it to the correct que for resolution.
• Calling back users in order to qualify requests.
• Setting up, maintaining and closing down users- basic user administration (including permissions).
• Ensuring printer toners are ordered and maintenance visits are booked.
• Liaising between Hammonds and Mitel with regards to phone system enquiries.
• Checking through and reviewing all of the stores phone lines.
• Producing and maintaining a store visit schedule.

You will self-manage your workload and proactively pickup requests and other work through our job ticketing tool.
