• 9-hour standard delivery driver route £156.8 (£188.16 inc VAT) + paid working fuel
• 9-hour large delivery driver route £176.8 (£212.16 inc VAT) + paid working fuel
• Training will be provided and paid at £117 per day and may last between 1 to 4 days dependant on the current requirement.
• Routes will be prepared in the morning for you - just arrive, load, and go! Once you have completed your route in full you don't always need to return back to the depot!

The details:

H2O Logistics is providing courier services to the world's largest online retailer throughout South West of UK, delivering parcels to their customers each day. Our daily operations are calculated and rewarding on all levels. If you enjoy driving and communicating with customers, this job is for you.

A day as a Multi-Drop Delivery driver will involve attending your local delivery station to collect your assigned route at the specific collection time. The route will be assigned to a maximum of 9 calculated hours which includes the travel time from collection point to first delivery destination, each delivery location thereafter, including the time required to travel between. New drivers will have smaller routes assigned for the first 2 weeks before they are assigned what is known as a ‘full route’. These smaller routes are designed to allow you more time to get to know the system, delivery methods and overall familiarity with the role.

We are delivering parcels every single day. However, a driver is not allowed to provide services more than 6 days in a row. We must adhere to health & safety regulations, especially when operating a moving vehicle.

You need to operate a short wheel-based van with minimum of 5 cubic meters capacity.

The on-boarding process:

1. Contact us regarding your interest in our position.

2. If you are interested, we need to book an appointment for drug and alcohol test for date & time convenient for you.

3. Once you pass the drug and alcohol test you will need to pass DBS criminal background check. This is a basic check that takes between 24-72 hours on average.

4. When the background check is passed, you will be invited for training.

5. When the training is completed, you will have 2 options for vehicles to collect a rental vehicle from the company or to use your own personal vehicle, your haulage insurance policy documents need to be send to the onsite manager and once you have send them you can be on the road on the next day.
