Returns Administrator

Here at GXO, we’re currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Returns Administrator to join our team at Northampton, NN4 5EL ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site!

This is full-time, permanent position, you will be working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday from 07.00 – 15.30.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Producing outbound reports for supplier and resolving any issues
• Collection and despatch management and bookings
• Monitor and manage all debit transactional activity with regards to supplier returns
• Demonstrate an ability to manage across multiple WMS and operating systems
• Ensure management are informed of any stock anomalies or issues with paperwork/collection/deliveries

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Highly computer literate, with impressive knowledge of MS office packages, especially excel. Experience of WMS would be advantageous
• Good organisational and planning skills
• High attention to detail
• Customer facing experience
• Self -motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads with the ability to work under own initiative
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
