IT Support Officer - Turkish Speaking

We are looking for a IT Support Officer - Turkish Speaking for one of the leading companies in the FinTech sector.

Desired Skills and Experience:

To provide first-line IT desktop support from our Cloud-based IT service desk,

• At least 1 year experience in a business IT environment, supporting end users Server knowledge or experience
• Network Installation, Configuration and management
• Update, optimize and maintain users’ desktop environment to ensure trouble-free computing
• Maintain equipment inventory
• Maintain a tidy IT environment in line with Health & Safety requirements.
• With third party vendor responsible

Responsibilities:

• Customer service skills or knowledge
• Excellent communication and enjoy working with people
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the MacOS and Windows operating systems and networking hardware and protocols
• Keen interest in computers and technology
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently after initial training

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
