Our BMW Retailer in Bishop's Stortford is looking to recruit a new Service Reception Manager

You will be hands on in nature, customer centric, empathetic to customer needs and have effective communication skills to bring the best out of those around you.

You will be looking to further your career within a financially secure and progressive organisation which values and rewards talented people who work extremely hard.

Our new Service Reception Manager will relish influencing customer needs and have the ability to develop and coach a high performing team of Service Advisors within a great working environment.

Whilst prestige experience will be a benefit, attitude and character are more important to us. We will want to see that you have strong sense of customer centric abilities with a desire to drive customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Your customer skills will be paramount.
