As a Kitchen Manager in our Premium & Urban pubs, you're responsible for cooking up the success of the pub, being in the middle of the action and leading your team to deliver to quality food every time. You might not meet every customer but they're still at the heart of everything you and your team do.

About the role

The stunning riverside Rutland Arms is looking for its next Kitchen Manager!

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to join our team at the newly invested Rutland Arms in Hammersmith. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations to ensure the highest level of food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with front-of-house staff to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills, while also developing your leadership and management skills.
