Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities:

· Listen, engage, and deliver the best customer experience, all day, every day.

· Always create a great first impression with a warm and friendly welcome.

· Working as part of a collaborative team to deliver delicious food & drink and a great customer experience every time.

· You will always strive to deliver the perfect shift and exceed our customers’ expectations

· Taking ownership of you own development spending time training and developing as well as completing all mandatory courses.

· Taking ownership of our pub, Front of House, being proud of the Great British Pub and supporting the leadership team to deliver improvements.

· By ‘Acting Local’ we provide the communities we serve with the service, spirit and entertainment they deserve, ensuring our pub is the hub of the local area.

· Building close relationships with the Pub Leadership teams to make sure our pubs always get the best levels of support and expertise.

· Supporting, where necessary, bar, cellar and stock management to ensure we are always able to run efficient and effective service.

· Always putting the customer first in everything we do, delivering the highest level of service possible, achieving and exceeding service levels.

· Ensuring that our pub is safe, legal and clean always, following guidelines and highlighting any risk you observe.

· Know our products and offers obsessively to give the customer the best choice to drive sales within the business.

· Confidence working in a fast, ever changing environment and making decisions quickly when you need to.

· We respond to customer feedback positively and continuously take action to improve service and standards.

· Resilience under pressure being able to hold our own and make important decisions.

· Creative flair and resourcefulness, able to make changes that might challenge the status quo.

· Plan and prioritise own workload

· Deal with any complaints positively and always advise the shift leader

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £7.50-£9.60 per hour
