We have a fantastic opportunity for a Café assistant to join our strong and growing team across our London sites.

Green & Fortune Cafés are lively and innovative, fresh food and speciality coffee spots set in vibrant London commercial spaces. As part of a wider group with Events Management and restaurants, hospitality is ingrained in everything we do. Our team of skilled Chefs make everything in house with passion and it’s served with world-class customer service. Our Cafés reflect how we feel; relaxed but oozing hospitality!

The Candidate

We don’t want ‘just anyone’. Being a Café Legend is about more than just making decent coffee. The ideal candidate should be bursting at the seams with passion, energy and above all, personality. A sense of humour is also a must. Amazing customer service underpins everything we do and we want to pass that experience on to our customers, developing a culture of actively building relationships with customers both new and regular. You will be directly working towards growing the business and improving the guest experience. In return, you will be paid an excellent rate and given a personal development plan among other employee perks. We want the best and do everything we can to keep them. As a result, our staff turnover is low and we’re very proud of that.
