Renishaw have a fantastic opportunity for a data analyst to join our IT and security function. This is a permanent role, based out of our Gloucestershire headquarters with some home working too. We are looking for a data analyst who can work proactively and communicate clearly to the wider business.
What Will I Be Doing In This Role?
As a graduate data analyst, you will play a key part in defining and implementing the data and governance strategy across the group. Throughout the role, you will develop a detailed knowledge of the data sources within the Renishaw group. Your role will be varied and could include tasks and responsibilities such as:
- Implementing the Power BI adoption roadmap and administering the Power BI estate
- Interpret requests and deliver the information using the most appropriate solution and in a clear and concise format
- Develop a strong working relationship with key stakeholders and become a go-to person for quick, accurate and understandable solutions
- Contribute to the on-going development of Renishaw's financial and reporting applications and assisting the project team on the ERP system.
Where Will I Be Working?
This role is based at our New Mills site near Wotton-under-Edge in Gloucestershire. As Renishaw is based in a semi-rural location, it is essential that applicants have their own form of transport or are willing to relocate to the local area. The site is around 25-30 minutes drive from Bristol so easily commutable by car.
What Skills and Qualifications Do I Need?
We are looking for recent graduates, preferably with a 2:1 or higher (or equivalent) in a related field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data who hopes to showcase this in their career.
