Position Overview & Specifications
- Welcoming and engaging with customers, sharing advice on products, suppliers and allergens. You will need to keep up to date with your product knowledge to deliver brilliant customer service
- Be a whizz on the till – efficient and accurate, whilst ensuring your customers are made to feel welcome
- Work alongside your colleagues and roll up your sleeves to ensure shelves are stocked, fixtures are cleaned and our displays are looking their best
- Display stock to our creative merchandising standards maintaining presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the day’s trade
- Cooking off some of our homemade food for customers to take away – pies, sausage rolls etc.
- Complete the daily paperwork, ensure it is accurate and compliant with legal requirements; HACCP, product date management, allergens, be sure to escalate any concerns.
- Safety is a priority when working in our filling station and you will manage the safe delivery and dispensing of petroleum products in line with our health and safety standards.
