Your role
As part of the global marketing team, you will be responsible for gathering marketing data and write detailed reports on findings, identifying new markets and advise upper management on marketing tactics.
Your job
- Analyze large amounts of data from numerous sources, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, to understand marcom attribution.
- Support the team to interpret data and deliver insights with a particular focus on channel performance and contact lifecycle reporting.
- Create Tableau reports and dashboards to deliver intelligence, report KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance performance within the Global and Regional Comms functions.
- Import new data sources to be analysed as and when a case arises.
- Analyze various data sources to help determine attribution and ROI of our multi-channel campaign activities.
- Identify and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets to develop an understanding of how our customers and prospects behave across channels and markets.
- Collaborate with Campaign Manager to suggest tests to improve marketing and growth metrics, closely monitoring and analyzing the results to make recommendations.
- Perform ad-hoc deep dive analysis into business challenges where required.
About you
To support the wide range of responsibilities for this role, the candidate must possess an equally broad set of skills.
- Good knowledge of analytical software such as Tableau and Data Studio.
- Advanced Knowledge of Excel
- Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience (Graduate position):
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, marketing, or other quantitative discipline.
- Experience with Tableau, Data Studio, Salesforce and web analytics tools.
- Fast learner, able to adapt quickly
- Collaborative mindset
- High attention to detail
