Factory Operative/ Laminate Cutter

At Glasscraft we specialise in glass processing and the manufacturing of quality sealed units. Based in Yorkshire, we have 2 glass factories in Leeds and Wakefield.

Running over three shifts, in the Leeds factory we produce quality sealed units including double and triple glazed, leaded units and Georgian bar units.

The Wakefield factory is where all of our processed and decorative glass is produced and we also manufacture sealed units with internal blinds fitted into them.

Previous experience would be an advantage however we offer full on the job training. Below are some of the personal qualities we look for:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Laminate Glass Cutting
• Arrissing Glass.
• Glass Polishing using SLE machine.
• Hand sealing of Double Glazed Units
• Checking quality and standard of glass
• Preparing glass ready for collection/dispatch

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Starting salary of £10.50

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 12pm until 8pm
