About Us
We are one of the UK's leading providers of card terminals, offering both long & short term rental.
The Role
The role of the apart time Logistics Administrator is to help organize the distribution and collection of our products. They need to ensure the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost.
Responsibilities:
- Arranging dispatch and collection of our credit card terminals
- Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers
- Packaging our credit card terminals in a safe and secure way, ready for dispatch
- Booking in the dispatch and collection of our credit card terminals through our dedicated courier
- Processing credit card terminals on their return, including visual inspections for damages
- If damages occur to our credit card terminals, liaise with our supplier to arrange repair
- Ensure the accuracy of invoices before handing them over to the accounts department
- Answering the telephone to customers when needed and handling any queries that arise
- If jobs are completed you will be required to provide assistance to other staff members where needed
The Individual
- Multi tasking -ability to coordinate varying work loads
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must work well under pressure
- Self-motivated with the ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- IT literate - Experience in using Word, Excel & email required.
- Communication Skills - Confidence in interacting verbally and written with staff and customers at all levels
- Must have a flexible attitude
- Good time management and reliability is essential
We are a short 5-10 minute walk from Wallington Train Station.
We offer a competitive basic salary on or around £10,000 per annum. Working hours are to be arranged Monday to Friday
