We are looking for an Assistant Manager who is energetic, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable about our company. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills, will be able to work on a team and will have experience training new employees. He or she will be highly motivated to help this young and innovative team build our core business model and will thrive in the fast-paced environment we offer.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that support the company vision and goals.
  • Make recommendations regarding the development of company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the work of employees to ensure quality service is being provided at all times.
  • Organise staff events and training programs.
  • Coordinate and supervise administrative staff.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure objectives are being met.
  • Assist in recruitment processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
