2nd Line Support Engineer

The 2nd line support engineer will be familiar with a range of different technologies and platforms, and be able to adapt quickly to new challenges as they arise.

As a 2nd line support engineer, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with the highest level of service. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of all support requests, and for ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
