We have a brand-new vacancy for a talent development manager to join our team, on a hybrid basis, and take our employee development to the next level. You will be responsible for helping identify and drive talent development opportunities as well as managing and co-ordinating various programmes. Key skills and responsibilities include:
- Working closely with business leaders and the HRBP’s to identify talent gaps and support the growth of talent, including producing and maintaining personal development plans.
- Helping to coordinate and manage internal leadership development programmes.
- Managing and promoting the development of employees recruited via external leadership development programmes.
- Creating and managing a talent matrix.
- Organising training courses, workshops, events, venues, logistics, transport and accommodation as required in relation to all talent development activity.
- Sourcing external courses and booking employees onto them, as and when required.
- Producing and maintaining relevant course materials and paperwork.
- Managing the training budget in conjunction with the Director of HR.
