Genting Casinos UK is currently looking for a Slots Host to join the team. We are looking for a fully flexible candidate who is able to work a variety of shifts across the working week.

Key competencies and duties include:

• Ability to deliver excellence in customer service at all times
• Constantly looking for new customers whilst offering a warm and friendly welcome
• Oversee the Slots and ETG areas offering assistance
• Identify any Food and Beverage requirements using a pro-active approach where appropriate
• An understanding of the Slots and Electronic Gaming offer is preferable
• Communicate any relevant promotional activity or events to customers
• Feedback customer comments to the General Manager
