Key Duties and Skills required

• To observe and apply the rotas, giving feedback as needed to ensure that they are operated in a fair & equitable manner for all Team Members
• To make sure that all tasks are allocated to all Team Members in a just & impartial way
• To uphold the highest standards of customer service, team co-operation and professional attire of all team members at all times
