Amore Mio is a traditional Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria & Gelateria in the heart of the Cotswolds - Cirencester. We opened our doors in early 2020 to bring to Cirencester and the Cotswolds a unique combination of authentic Italian cuisine and artisan gelato, everything made on-site with fresh & authentic Mediterranean ingredients. As an independently run small business, the quality of our food, service excellence and warm and inviting homely atmosphere are of utmost importance.

Our restaurant is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as Kitchen Porter/Assistant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• to ensure the kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy
• supporting the chefs during service, cleaning and returning essential cooking equipment
• working with the FOH team to ensure a quick and clean turnaround of washing up

taking responsibility for emptying bins and recycling, including looking after the main bin area

• cleaning down after service and ensuring all surfaces and floors are spotless

assisting chefs with basic prep as needed
Basic training for operating the dishwashing equipment will be provided as well on general food hygiene standards.

Monday - closed
Tuesday - 18:00-21:30 or till closing
Wednesday - 18:00-21:30 or till closing
Thursday - 18:00-21:30 or till closing
Friday - 13:00-15:00 and 18:00-21:30 or till closing
Saturday - 13:00-15:00 and 18:00-21:30 or till closing
Sunday - 13:00-15:00 or till closing

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: £10.42-£10.90 per hour
