We are seeking a reliable, energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team of Supervisors. The ideal candidate is a team player who ' listens well, speaks clearly and thinks critically. We're looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

We are looking to recruit Supervisors for our stores in London. You will be a key member of the team and the role responsibilities will be as follows:

• To prep and set up all the ingredients needed for the make of the pancakes

• To assist customers in all aspects of their purchase (including answering queries on product ingredients, allergens, explaining special offers, handling complaints etc.)

• To assist the Store manager as required and executing all tasks assigned by the Manager to the highest standard

• Monitor employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching

• To train new joiners and make sure they have all support needed

• Daily quality checks and wastage control

• Managing the shift, the staff and the customer services

•To perform other related duties that ensure the successful running of the store and report to the Manager

• Ensure Health and safety and Food Safety regulations are in place

• prepare and serve the Pancakes and also cold and hot drinks

• Organising workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

• To ensure that the store and the sitting area is always kept to a high standard of cleaning and organisation

• To assist with all the cleaning needed and restocking of the store

• Place stock orders with suppliers, to assist with the stock delivery and ensure stock control

• Ensure Daily and weekly supervisor checklists and cleaning checklist has been completed and updated according to the business needs.

You may at any time be required to undertake additional or other duties in order to meet the needs of the business.

Hours:

• Full Time 40-45 hours a week (permanent) contract. Please note that you must be fully flexible to work on a rota/shift basis.
• Days worked could be from Monday to Sunday and hours could be between 10:00am and 11:00pm.
• A usual week would involve working a 5 to 10 hours shift, 5 days per week.

Salary: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
