Game Producer - Mobile Games

For 2023 we are looking to scale up and looking for top talent to continue our adventure.

Game Producer

Full Fat Games are on the lookout for an experienced Producer who is process-driven with excellent people-management, project-management and diplomacy skills to manage internal game development teams.

Working closely with Game Designers, Gameplay Programmers, UI/3D Artists and QA, you should be supremely confident and capable of operating with all levels of personnel.

You should be able to lead, inspire, guide and direct a team to create the best possible product. Dealing with people is just as important as dealing with the schedule.

As a Producer, you will...

• Be a major part of the leadership team of dedicated game developers
• Deliver projects on time to the satisfaction of both the design team and the company
• Communicate the overall project status and risks to management, external development partners and internal departments
• Schedule and track progress daily
• Create and nurture a climate of collaboration and excellence within our teams

For this role, you'll need...

• 3+ years minimum experience of project management methodologies
• 2+ years experience in the Mobile games industry
• Knowledge of monetization techniques in games
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive teams
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Able to handle multiple projects efficiently
• Are a keen gamer from console to mobile
• The ability to work independently and a high degree of individual initiative and commitment
• Able to manage teams and individuals effectively and diplomatically

You'll also need...

• To have shipped minimum 2 high-quality games for the full development cycle as Producer
• A degree in business, project management or computer science, or equivalent experience
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies
• Formal project management training (such as Scrum Master Certification) a bonus
• Knowledge of current mobile game trends and styles.
• Strong passion for mobile games.
• Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and motivation.
• Comfortable working in a remote team setting, under deadlines and time constraints.
